What clients ask before they sign
How does the quote process work?
You describe your need in the form. Within one business day we reply with a fixed-price quote, or with a short call if something needs clarifying first. Once you approve it we agree a delivery date and start.
How much does Salesforce development cost?
Consulting and development start at €40 per hour with a timesheet; small enhancements start at €260 at a fixed price; AMS plans start at €370 per month with 8 hours included. Every price is agreed in writing before work starts.
How long does a typical request take?
A small enhancement such as a field with automation and a report is usually delivered in 1 to 2 days. A Flow that replaces a manual process takes 2 to 3 days. A Lightning Web Component with Apex logic takes 4 to 6 days. An ERP integration takes 1 to 2 weeks depending on the other system's API.
What's the difference between an enhancement and an AMS plan?
An enhancement is a one-off piece of work, scoped and quoted at a fixed price. An AMS plan is a monthly subscription with a bundle of hours and a guaranteed response time, for a steady flow of small requests without a new quote each time. Enhancement if you know what you want built; AMS if things keep coming up.
What happens if the estimate turns out to be wrong?
On fixed-price work the estimation risk is ours: if the job takes longer than we judged, the price you approved does not change. The exception is a change to the agreed scope, which is quoted separately before it is built.
How does payment work, and do you sign an NDA?
Fixed-price work is invoiced on delivery; longer projects are split into agreed milestones; AMS is billed monthly in advance. Bank transfer at 30 days, with a regular Italian invoice. We sign your NDA before receiving any detail about your systems, or provide a mutual one.
Do you need access to our production org?
We work in a sandbox first and deploy to production with a dedicated user and least-privilege permissions, removed when the work ends. Your data never leaves your org.
Do you work with companies outside Italy?
Yes, remotely, in English and Italian, on Central European time. Invoices to EU businesses with a valid VAT number are issued without Italian VAT under the reverse charge mechanism.
What happens if the project grows, or if the person on it is unavailable?
If something unexpected moves a delivery you know the same day, in writing, and on fixed-price work the price does not change. On large projects you have a single point of contact who coordinates the team's architects and developers and answers for delivery. Everything lives in your systems, with credentials and documentation in your name, so nobody is held hostage.
Can you work alongside our existing partner or internal admin?
Yes. Taking specific enhancements or code work off the plate of an internal team or another partner is a normal setup, and everything we touch is documented so they can pick it up.
Which products do you work on?
On Salesforce: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce and Einstein, Data Cloud, CPQ, plus integrations with ERP, e-commerce and external APIs. On Microsoft: Azure, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. We also build iOS and Android apps, websites, bespoke CRMs and back-office software, and AI agents.
